I will always treasure our Maine trip. When you came with me and Mike to our air plane adventure and made us laugh when we were searching for those slippers you were determined to buy! The bonfire and all the wonderful memories we had that week. I will also never forget all the other times through out my entire life. You had Mike histerical laughing since he has known you and wished he was able to make that fishing trip you guys were planning. RIP Pete with Doreen and watch out over your family too, as I will also do. I will miss you Pete, I'm glad you are healthy again in heaven. Dolores, Michelle, Dato Family, and Sandy. I will be here always for you..never hesitate to call me. You are like my own family and I love you. I am so sorry, we will all be together again one day.

Condolence: Dear Pete, Just wanted to let you know that I always liked and respected you. You were a very hard worker, kept an immaculate home, and were a terrific husband and father. Doreen cherished you and seemed to feel at ease when you were around. There wasn't anything you wouldn't do for her, and that is very honorable. I chuckle now about the last time we were in the car together and you were my co-pilot. I think we covered all of Bergen and part of Passaic county :). I am glad we did that. Condolence: I saw this poem and had to post it: "God saw him getting tired, a cure was not to be. He wrapped him in his loving arms and whispered ‘Come with me.’ He suffered much in silence, his spirit did not bend. He faced his pain with courage, until the very end. He tried so hard to stay with us but his fight was not in vain, God took him to His loving home and freed him from the pain." He is now with Doreen; another angel in Heaven to watch over the family.
