Your ability to see the best in others helped so many people to see the best in the World!

I met Ann over a year and a half ago. Though we didn't know each other very long it felt like I knew her a lifetime!! I was having personal problems and her friend Janice introduced me to her. We spoke every day, and were working on losing weight. We would go out for walks, and take rides in my car! Ann was so full of love and life! I live up the street from where she lived. I still can't believe she is not with us anymore! She had a heart of gold, and always saw the best in everyone. I'll never forget the first time I took her to my house and we took my dog for a walk. My dog can be overprotective and he startled Ann. She was very shook up. I apologized to her for a week.I was afraid she would not want to hang out with me. Though he didn't hurt her..He sure did scare her. I decided it wasn't worth risking our relationship so I made sure the two never faced off again LOL!! I miss her dearly...Ann was always ready to take a ride in my car. If I had to take a long ride all I had to do was ask her for her company! We had a lot of long talks on our car rides. Her kids were everything to her.Though she was separated from them she spoke of them often! Angela your mom worship the ground you and your grandmother walk on!! She spoke of you both with love and peace in her heart! As I am typing this I want to cry! I will not because I can picture her forever smile on her face! I picked this picture because it shows the smile she always had on her face, plus the keys she always wore around her neck. Sometimes if we were walking in somewhere quite I would say Ann those keys are so loud! What I wouldn't give to hear those keys jingle again, and be in the presence of her smile! My mom just passed away as well 7 months ago. To lose her so abruptly and then lose a dear friend like Ann. It has forever changed me!! I miss her dearly as anyone that knew her does! We will have a memorial for her this weekend. It took a lot of work to pull it together, but she had so many friends and we wanted to give people a chance to reminisce about the way she influenced others lives. It should be bitter sweet! R.I.P my friend until we meet again!! With love and respect, Olivia
