Zenona Polak of Wallington, New Jersey, entered eternal life on Monday, March 29th, 2021, she was 77. Zenona was born in Wiszowate, Poland on February 21st, 1944, to Kazimierz and Paulina (Kozlowska) Konopka. Zenona was married to Zdzislaw Polak on March 25, 1967. He immigrated to the United States in 1985 and Zenona followed with their two children, Marek and Iwona in 1993. Her passing occurred on the eve of the one year anniversary of her beloved husband Zdzislaw’s death. While Zenona was receiving the Holy Sacrament of the Sick, and as her priest anointed her forehead with the holy chrism and making the sign of the cross, Zenona joined her beloved husband Zdzislaw in Heaven. Zenona had worked in the factories of Passaic, while attending night school to obtain her Home Health Aide certification. She then worked for the White Glove Nursing Agency in Clifton for over twenty years. She is survived by her loving children Marek Polak and his wife Wioletta, her daughter Ivona Polak-Wojcik and her husband Grzegorz. Zenona is survived by her cherished grandchildren; Sandra Violeta, Jessica and Nell and her dear sisters Czeslawa, Wanda, and Eugenia. Zenona was predeceased by her sisters Alina and Zofia. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 am, Tuesday, April 6th, at Holy Rosary Church, 6 Wall Street, Passaic.
