William Dill

February 14, 1924 — December 4, 2015

William Dill of Wallington, on Dec 4th, 2015, he was 91. William was born in Passaic on Feb 14th, 1924 to John and Mary (Malik) Dill. In January of 1944, William married Mary Ryback in Forest County Mississippi. He served with in the US Army from 1943 to Oct 1945, earning four Bronze stars for his combat infantry service in Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland and Central Europe. In 1950 the Dill's moved to Wallington. He worked for the USPS and after he retired worked in the Wallington Schools as a custodian. He and Mary had also been a members of the Wallington Seniors. William was predeceased by his beloved wife Mary of 67 years on Oct 27th, 2011. He is survived by his loving daughter Gail Partyka of Wallington and his son William Dill of Gulfport, MS. William is also survived by his eight beloved grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
