Teresa Majsiak

Teresa Majsiak of Garfield, entered eternal life on May 2nd, she was 64. Teresa was born in Moscice, Poland on June 23, 1953 to Marcel and Celina (Sypula) Zurawski. She came to the United States on June 5th, 1965, and has lived most of her life in Garfield. Teresa has worked at St. Mary's Hospital in Passaic for many years, only retiring on April 12th, of this year; something she was looking forward to doing. In addition to being an avid animal lover, she loved her cat "Smokey". She also enjoyed watching "I Love Lucy" and Polish Dancing. Teresa is survived by her beloved mother Celina Zurawski, her daughter Beatrice and her husband Michael Drazek, her devoted son Tom Wieczorek and his girlfriend Justine, her cherished grandchildren Christopher and Caitlyn Wieczorek and Gabriel Drazek. She is also survived by her dear sister Halina Mielinicki. Visiting 2-4 and 7-9 pm, Sunday, May 6th, Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Avenue, Wallington, NJ. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 10am Monday, May 7th, 2018 at Holy Rosary Church, 6 Wall Street, Passaic, New Jersey. Teresa will be laid to rest with her father at St. Michael's Cemetery, 120 Saddle River Road, South Hackensack.
