Steven Bornstein, a long time resident of Passaic, NJ, entered entered eternal life on May 14th, 2019, he was 59. Steven was born in Newark, NJ on July 12th, 1959 to Raymond and Frances (Chirichillo) Bornstein. Family was the most important part of Steven's life. He loved his siblings and their children unconditionally. Steven was a die hard New York Yankee Fan. He could spout off the Yankees stats to anyone who asked, and sometimes when they didn't. He would follow the Yankees from preseason games to the end of the season, and couldn't wait for it to start all over again. He also enjoyed playing cards, 500 Rummy and gin. He also enjoyed the beach and could always be found drinking coffee. Steven is survived by his beloved siblings Theodore Bornstein, Donna and Joe Nayda, Christopher Faraone and Roxanne and Tom Gorski. He is also survived by his sister in law Lawonda Bornstein, his nieces and nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Raymond Bornstein, and sister in law Danielle Faraone. Visitation, 7-9pm, Monday, May 20th, at Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Avenue, Wallington. A funeral service will be held during visitation.
