Stanislaw Wietecha

Stanislaw Wietecha of Garfield, NJ, entered eternal life on November 20, 2024; he was 70 years old. Stanislaw was born in Nieglowice, Poland, on May 2, 1954, to Wladyslaw and Irena Wietecha, nee Bajorek. Stanislaw and Janina were married in 1976 in Bartlomiej church in Debowiec, Poland. In 1996, Stanislaw and Janina emigrated to the United States with their four children, settling in Garfield. He then went on to work for a Welding Company in Patterson, where he worked for 26 years and retired in 2020.

Stanislaw loved to work, whether he was providing for his family, helping his children with house projects, or growing tomatoes and cucumbers. If it involved work, he was happy.

Stanslaw loved family time, especially time spent with his ten grandchildren: Sandra, Laura, Matthew, Veronica, Scarlett, Michael, Julia, Benjamin, Ewa, and Lucas. In 2023 the family was able to go on a cruise together, enjoying time on the beach, water slides, and relaxation.

Stanislaw is also survived by his beloved wife, Janina; they have been married for over 47 beautiful years. He is further survived by his devoted children Pawel and his wife, Maria; Karol and his wife, Agata; and Tomasz and his wife, Aurelia; Marzena and her husband, Krzystof Karpiej. He is also survived by his siblings Danuta, Leslaw, and Zbigniew and predeceased by his sister Helena

Visiting: Friday, 6 pm-9 pm, November 22, Warner Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Ave., Wallington, NJ. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, 10 am, November 23, at St. Stanislaus Kostka Roman Catholic Church, 184 Ray St., Garfield, NJ 07026. Stanislaw will be laid to rest at St. Mary Cemetery, 1 Out Water Lane, Saddle Brook, NJ.
