Robert Dorfman

Robert Dorfman, a Wallington, NJ resident for over forty years, died on Dec 7, 2013, he was 84. Robert was born in Passaic, NJ on Oct 2, 1929 to David and Ethel (Dobbs) Dorfman. He was raised in Paterson, and spent forty years working as a bus driver for NJ Transit, in Paterson, retiring in 1987. Robert had also been a (UTU – union representative). He married Lillian Grabowiecki on April 28, 1962. Robert was an avid sports fan, and enjoyed football, hockey and baseball. Robert is survived by his beloved wife Lillian, his loving daughter Danielle and husband (Donald) Ferrera and loving son, Eric Dorfman. He is also survived by his dear sister Jean Hankel, his dear brothers' Joseph, Herbert and (Marie), Richard and (Arlene) Dorfman, and brothers' in law Norbert and (Dolores Grabowiecki and Edward and (Greer) Grabowiecki. Visiting 2-4 and 7-9 PM, Tues, Dec 10th Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Ave, Wallington. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Wed, Dec 11th at (Time Pending) followed by burial in St. Michael’s Cemetery, S. Hackensack.
