Rebecca Ventura, of Wallington, entered eternal life on July 3rd, 2024, she was 78. Rebecca was born in Passaic, NJ on September 19th, 1945 to Walter and Violet (Laskowski) Tetla. She was raised in Passaic, and a graduate of the Immaculate Conception High School, Lodi, Class of 1962. She had been married to Anthony Ventura, Jr. She had worked for Hoffman Laroche, retiring in 2009 after working there for over 20 years. She and her boys enjoyed their “swarays” held in the backyard, where she played hostess. Family fondly called her “Becky Crocker” because of all her magical cooking skills. She was also called the “Beckster” and known for her world-famous Ice-Tea. The Beckster, enjoyed reading, but spending time with her sons and her grandchildren was her favorite. Rebecca is survived by her devoted sons, Eric and his wife Heather Ventura, Jason and his wife Christine Ventura, her cherished grandchildren Skylar and Evan. She is survived by her brother Walter and her sister Janice, as well as many nieces and nephews. Rebecca was predeceased by her sister Vivian. Rebecca was privately cremated.
