Ray Anthony (aka Harry) Milne, a beloved soul sadly left our world on May 24, 2024 after a life richly lived in service and kindness, he was 55. Ray was born in Passaic, NJ on January 25th, 1969, to Raymond and Pauline (Kaczka) Milne. He was a firefighter with the Wallington Fire Department, Engine 202 from 1987 to 2012. During his career he served as Lieutenant, Captain, and Chief. Harry later joined Manitou Park Fire Company Station 18 Engine 1811 in 2018, to 2023 in Berkley Township where he continued to do what he loved most. Harry is remembered for his infectious laugh, his unwavering dedication to the Fire Department and countless lives he touched throughout his career.
He is survived by his wife Kelly Milne, Mother Pauline Milne, Brother Anthony Milne/Tracy Milne, Nephew Dante Milne, Neice Devin Milne, Stepson Richard Behr/Kelly Behr, Stepdaughter Stephanie /Roger Ruefenacht, Brother in laws Chris Finn & Kevin Finn, Grandchildren, Mia Behr, Mason Behr and Lucas Ruefenacht.
He was predeceased by his father Raymond Milne. Harry leaves behind a legacy of comradery, bravery, and commitment to his communities and fire department. As we mourn his passing let us also celebrate the life he lived and the impact he made on all of us.
