Fue una madre encantadora. Su casa era el punto de encuentro para muchos jovenes. Muchas personas la sentia como su madre. Amante de la poesia, muy generosa, muy social, muy compasiva y querida por todos.
Le sobrevive 9 hijos, 35 nietos, 32 bisnietos y 5 tataranietos.
Te extrañeremos mucho. Descanse en paz.
Ramona Reyes of Garfield died on June 10th, 2011; she was 88. Ramona died peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Bonao in the Dominican Republic on June 8th, 1923, to Jose and Maria (Moya) Almonte. She and her husband raised 10 loving children, prior to his death in 2005. Ramona was blessed to have her loving family, shower her with love and support throughout her illness. Visiting will take place on Monday, June 13th, 2011 from 4 - 9 pm. Mass of the Resurrection will take place on Tuesday, June 14th, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the Most Holy Name Church on Marsellus Place in Garfield. All are welcome to celebrate the blessed life of Ramona, and remember the good times. May she rest in peace.
