Peter Burch, a lifelong resident of Wallington, entered eternal life on October 24th, 2020, he was 93. Peter was born in Wood, Pennsylvania on February 13th, 1927, to Joseph and Anna (Jupin) Burch. At the age of 18, Peter was inducted into the United States Army in Harrisburg, Pa. He had served as a Labor Foreman with the 6800th HQ Company in Germany. On May 5, 1951, he was married to Josephine (Szymanski) Burch at The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Wallington. Peter had worked as a self-employed tile setter, Burch Tile in Garfield, NJ. He enjoyed spending time with his family and watching the grandchildren grow. He also enjoyed traveling and had fond memories of his Florida vacations. He is survived by his beloved children, Carol and her husband Wayne Rosenberg, Eileen and her husband Joseph Aiello, Richard Burch and life partner Lana, and daughter-in-law Cheryl Burch. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Matthew Aiello, Brian Kazanchy and his wife Ashley, Laura and her husband John Ruby, Kaitlyn Burch her husband William Brewer. He is also survived by his 5 cherished great-granddaughters, his dear sister Helen Burch and many nieces and nephews. Peter was predeceased by his beloved wife Josephine and his devoted son Ronald. He was also deceased by his brothers Steve, Joe, Mike and John and sisters Mary and Julia. Visiting 5 – 8pm, Wednesday, October 28th, Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Ave., Wallington.
