Mary Olechowski

Mary Olechowski of Wallington entered eternal life on Wednesday, December 20th, 2023, she was 86. She was born in Zarzecze, Poland on February 28th,1937, to Jozef and Anna Burdzy (nee Pytlak). Mary emigrated to the United States in 1960 after marrying her beloved husband, Joseph. She worked for over 25 years first for the textile company, Charm Knitting, and then later for Beth Israel Hospital in housekeeping. Mary enjoyed working and caring for her niece and nephew. Mary is survived by her loving brother Stanislaw Burdzy and his wife Genowefa, her cherished nephew Mark Burdzy and his wife Anetta, her beloved niece Monica and her husband Brian Mallen, great nieces and nephews Alexandria, Jack, Brian Jr. and Gabriella. Mary was predeceased by her beloved husband Joseph, with whom she was married for over 50 beautiful years prior to his death in 2018. Visiting 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm, on Thursday, December 21st, 2023, at Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Ave. Wallington, NJ 07057. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00 am, Friday, December 22nd, 2023, the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus RCC, 127 Paterson Avenue. Wallington, New Jersey. Mary will be laid to rest 11:30 am on December 22nd, 2023, at St. Michael's Cemetery, 120 Saddle River Road.
