Mary Malkowitz

Mary (Kopec), formerly of Wallington, died in Murietta, CA. Born in Passaic, she lived most of her life in Wallington. Mary was employed by Becton Dickinson in Rutherford in the Specialties Department for 27 years, retiring in 1983. She was also a member of the Becton Dickinson Alumni Association. She was a parishioner of Most Sacred Heart of Jesus Church and a member of the Rosary Confraternity. Mary was a Charter member of the Columbiettes, the Wallington Seniors; a former member of the Most Sacred Heart Seniors, the Deborah Hospital Foundation and the A.A.R.P. She was preceded in death by her husband Stanley in 1996, three brothers Boleslaw 1967, Matthew 1978, and Daniel 1988, a sister Stella K. Sudol in 2006. Surviving is her sister Emily. Mary is survived by her two daughters Barbara Wirth of NV and Monica Lembo of CA; three grandchildren Daria Petrenko, Christopher Lembo, Bryan Lembo, and two great-grandchildren Stephanie and Rhett Petrenko.
