Lucy A. Maciag

Lucy A. Maciag a lifelong resident of Wallington New Jersey, entered eternal life on November 1, 2024, she was 96. Lucy was born in Wallington, NJ on January 22, 1928, to Biagio and Violet Ventura.

After graduating from Wood Ridge High school, she worked as a Line worker for Hoffmann-La Roche.  She was famous for the hundreds of beautiful infant Layettes she created, knitting for all the newborns of family and friends. In her later years she enjoyed attending the senior citizen Center in Wallington, especially, the bus trips to Atlantic City, she always enjoyed Game shows.

Lucy is survived by her devoted Son, Edward Maciag, many wonderful neighbors and friends.

Visitation and Wake service will be celebrated by the Very Rev. Gregory Mludzik, Pastor of the Transfiguration of Our Lord PNC Catholic Church; Wednesday, November 6th, 2024, 10 AM-1230 PM, Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service 80 Midland Avenue, Wallington. Lucy will be laid to rest immediately following at East Ridgelawn Cemetery, 255 Main Ave, Clifton, NJ 07014. Lucy Will be interred with her beloved husband Edward Sr.
