Karen Kramer

Karen Kramer, 73, of East Rutherford, NJ died on Mon 7/29/24 in Hackensack University MC.

Karen was born in Passaic and was a lifelong resident of East Rutherford. She was employed as the Event Ticketing Manager for over 25 years at the Brendan Byrne/Izod Arena.

Ms. Kramer is survived by her loving daughter Kristin (nee Martinson) Borrelli and son-in-law, Jason and two grandchildren: Brendan and Reagan. Karen is also survived by a brother Peter and his wife Arlene Kramer of Wanaque, NJ as well as two nieces: Cynthia Stettner and Kimberly Schwarzlow. Karen cherished her friendship with Joey and Judy Brower and Melissa Puleo. She was predeceased by her loving longtime companion, James "Jimmy" Bertone (2007).

Karen, also referred to as "Cher" by the kids, loved listening to music, tanning by the pool, spoiling her grandchildren, sipping her black box wine and being with family and friends. She will be greatly missed and forever in our memories.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at the Warner-Wozniak Funeral Home, 80 Midland Avenue, Wallington, NJ on Thursday, August 1, 2024 between 4 pm and 8 pm. Her funeral service will be at 11 am on Friday, August 2, 2024 at the funeral home. She will be interred at St. Michael's Cemetery, South Hackensack, NJ immediately after the service.
