Joseph R. Mika of Wallington, entered eternal life, March 3rd, he was 89. Joseph was born in Passaic on Jan 27th, 1928 to Joseph and Aniella (Kowal) Mika. He was raised in Passaic; moving to Wallington in 1950 after having served the US Army in Japan for a year and a half. Nearly sixty four years ago, Joseph married his beloved wife Frances Drongoski on June 13, 1953. For over 33 years he worked for Becton Dickinson. He last worked in the CSI Dept in Fairfield, retiring in 1983. Joseph enjoyed spending time with his family; time with his grand-dogs Hannah and Oliver and grand-cats Delilah and Dixie-Kitty. He also enjoyed traveling, growing tomatoes in his garden, and was a history buff. Joseph is survived by his beloved wife Frances, his loving son Kenneth and his wife Elizabeth, and his cherished granddaughters Julie, Christine, Jayme.
