Jan Rzucidlo 71, peacefully entered into eternal life on January 3rd, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Bojanów, Poland to Anna and Adam Rzucidlo on July 11, 1953, and was raised in Laski, Poland. He served in the Polish Army before coming to America in 1977 and settling in Garfield, New Jersey. Jan worked as a machine operator at Allstate Can Corporation. He retired in 2018 after almost 25 years of service. Faith was the foundation of his life and he had a huge impact on the church. He didn’t just attend mass, he was involved in every way possible. From cooking at church picnics to helping as a church caretaker, he embodied what it means to serve with love and humility. Surviving are his three devoted children, his daughter Anna, his son Christopher and his wife Beata, and his daughter Joanna, and his loving grandchildren Anthony, Kacper, and Robert. He is also survived by his siblings Krystyna and Władysław and was predeceased by his brother Jozef. Visiting, 4-7pm, Wednesday, January 8th, and Thursday, January 9th, 8:45am - 9:30am, Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Avenue, Wallington, NJ. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, at Holy Rosary Church, 6 Wall Street, Passaic, NJ 07055.
