Jakub Modzelewski

Jakub Modzelewski of Wallington, New Jersey, entered eternal life on Friday, December 16th, 2022, he was 23. Jakub was born in Passaic, New Jersey on May 1st, 1999, to Wojciech and Barbara (Strzelczyk) Modzelewski. He enjoyed fishing, listening to music and writing in his spare time. Jakub is survived by his beloved mother Barbara, his loving sister Anna Kubasek and her significant other Chris Borkowski, his cherished niece and nephew, Maya and Kasper Kubasek, his two devoted aunts, Malgorzata Strzelczyk and Zofia Zieba and his five dear cousins, Bart Strzelczyk, Iwona, Beata and Hanna Dolegowski and Greg Kociubinski. As a young boy, Jakub was inseparable from his father Wojciech, and was devastated by his passing in 2009. He was also predeceased by his cousins, Justyna Dolegowski and Marcin Leonkowski. Visiting 6 – 8 pm, followed by a chapel service, 8 pm, Wednesday, December 21st, 2022, Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Ave., Wallington, NJ 07057. Jakub will be laid to rest 11:00 am, Friday, December 23rd, St. Michael's Cemetery, 120 Saddle River Road, South Hackensack, NJ 07606.
