Jacob Surma

Jacob “Jack” Phillip Surma, surrounded by family passed peacefully Monday afternoon, March 14, 2011. Jack was born Nov. 11, 1942 to Andrew and Phillis (Dabal) Surma. Devoted husband of Dianna (Dee) Surma. Loving father of Jacob P. Surma, Jr., and Barbara Ann Jacuk, and her husband David Jacuk. Cherished brother of Mary Ann Bobek and Carol Geib. Jack will be greatly missed by his grandchildren David, Matthew and Victoria Jacuk and many nieces, nephews and friends. Jack was a fun-loving good hearted person who loved to listen to oldies music and the company of his puppie "Footsie". He was family oriented and always put others first. We will miss his laughter and easy-going personality. Visiting 4-7pm Thursday, Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service. A funeral service, will take place, during evening visitation.
