Herbert Johnscher

Herbert R. Johnscher a 52 year resident of Wallington, on Nov 26th, he was 79. Herb was born in Passaic, NJ on Feb 28th, 1936 to Herbert and Johanna Johnscher. He was raised in Clifton, and graduated from Clifton High School. Herb entered the Army and served in Germany, he also played for the Army's bowling team. On Oct 1st, 1960 Herb married Carol (Bogdanski) at the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Wallington. Herb and Carol just celebrated 55 years. He retired from H&N Chemical in Totowa in 1998; and has enjoyed his passion of fishing, grandchildrens sporting events, flea-markets and when he was younger, bowling. Herb is survived by his devoted wife Carol, his loving children and their spouses, Jeffery and Lori Johnscher, Brenda and Michael Cariani. He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren, Nicholas, Ryan and Brandon. At Herb's request, private funeral services were held today.
