Estelle Kwak

Estelle Kwak, a lifelong resident of Garfield, died on Feb 13th, 2015, she was 91. Estelle was born on Nov 12, 1923 in Passaic, to Peter and Michaelina (Tracz) Kwak. She had worked 42 years for Western Electric, retiring in 1983. Estelle enjoyed working with ceramics and had a good talent for it. She was also a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America. At Estelle's request there will be no public visitation. Estelle is survived by her loving and devoted niece Christine Alesso and her husband Harry. She was predeceased by her sister Wanda Maziarski and brother Stanley Kwak. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 am, Friday, February 20th, 2015 at Church of the Most Holy Name, 99 Marsellus Pl, Garfield. Interment will follow at St. Michael's Cemetery, South Hackensack, NJ.
