Emilka Wadas

Emilka Wadas, beloved daughter of Andrzej and Kasia Wadas, and cherished twin sister of Sebastian Wadas, entered eternal life on June 19, 2024. She was 23 years old and a lifelong resident of Wallington. She is survived by her maternal grandparents, Krystyna Marszal and Waldemar Marszal. Emilka was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Antoni and Stanislawa Wadas. She is also survived by her dear friends Ala and Romek Wilk, and their children Julia and Matthew; Agata Czarnowska and Edgar Rios; and Felicia Mulee; as well as many extended family members in the United States and in Poland.

Emilka graduated from the David Gregory School in 2023, where she formed lifelong friendships that enriched her life. She had a deep love for and obsession with swimming and swinging. She also enjoyed watching Elmo and Barney, listening to "Wheels on the Bus," and over-indulging in coffee ice cream. Her signature condiment was ketchup, which she would put on any and all foods. Emilka's silly and youthful spirit, comforting hugs, and infectious laughter touched the lives of all who knew her. She will be dearly missed and forever remembered for her joyful exuberance.

The family is thankful that Emilka's legacy will live on through organ donation via the NJ Sharing Network.
