Delia Illescas

Delia Illescas of Paterson, New Jersey, entered eternal life on Friday, February 10th, 2023, she was 88. Delia was born in Jalapa, Guatemala on June 12th, 1934, to Filenio Lima and Encarnacion Cante . Delia was married to Carlos Illescas , on December 15 1953. Delia emigrated to the United States in 1970 with her six children ; settled in Paterson and was reunited with her husband .
Delia was a wonderful mother and caring for her family was her first priority she enjoyed providing for her family, celebrations big and small .Delia is predeceased by her beloved husband of 70 years, her devoted sons; Oscar and Elda, Carlos and Kathy, Luis and Zaidem, Mario and Patricia, Rodolfo and Tiziana, Hector and Tricia, 12 cherished grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Delia was blessed to spend her last few years in the comfort of her home surrounded by family and a wonderful and devoted care giver T.J
