Concepcion Baez Rosario of Secaucus; a much loved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, godmother and friend, entered eternal life on December 2nd, 2019 at the age of 77, surrounded by loved ones. Concepcion was born on December 8th, 1941 to Hipolito Baez and Carmen Rosa Baez in Santurce, San Juan, Puerto Rico. Concepcion had many talents and was self employed restaurateur in Florida for many years. She was an amazing cook, she loved to dance and listen to music. She also took great pleasure in taking care of her family. Concepcion was the devoted wife of Benito Rosario, and the beloved mother of Melissa Rosario Vasquez and son-in-law Milton Vasquez. She is also survived by her cherished granddaughters Yazlynne Ganju-Vasquez and Angelica Vasquez as well as grandson in law Adeel Ganju, relatives and friends. Her dear siblings of two brothers, Arnaldo Fort and Enrique Fort and her sister Margarita Baez. She was predeceased by her dear sister Luz Maria Baez. A memorial funeral Mass will be celebrated Sunday Dec 8th @10:30 am, at Immaculate Conception Church, 1219 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, NJ 07094, followed by a celebrational repast in celebration of her 78th birthday.
