Christine Szwed

Christine Szwed of Wallington, entered eternal life on Friday, September 27th, 2019, she was 60. Christine was born in Passaic on May 27th, 1959, to Matthew and Eugenia (Warcik) Szwed. Christine has worked for the past four years as a clerk at the James Gelman Law Office in Fair Lawn. Prior to that she had worked for over eight years at the Putnam Publishing group in East Rutherford in the credit and collections department. She was a devoted and long time parishioner of Holy Rosary Church in Passaic. She was a lover of all animals and had a passion for crafts and woodworking. Christine had been a devoted daughter to her mother Eugienia who died in 1991 and her father Mieczyslaw (Matthew) who died in 1988. She is survived by her dear sister Marie and her husband Janusz Kornacki, her nephews and nieces; Arek and wife Joanna, Erik and wife Deborah and Christopher and his wife Sara, as well as 8 great nieces and nephews and Patricia Torkos. Visiting 4 - 8 pm, Tuesday, October 1st, 2019, Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Ave. Wallington. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 am, Wednesday, October 2nd, at Holy Rosary Church, 6 Wall Street Passaic, New Jersey 07055. A private cremation will follow. www.WarnerAndWozniak.com
