Caroline Czopek

Caroline Czopek of Wyckoff and formerly of Wallington, NJ died on May 24th, 2012; she was 92. Caroline was born in Garfield, NJ on Feb 11, 1920 to Franciszek and Korolina (Kobylarz) Wojdyla. She had worked as a seamstress and married Michal Czopek. He predeceased her on Nov 8, 1952. Caroline is survived by her daughter Halina and husband Stanley Barylski of Franklin Lakes, daughter Zofia Kozak of Wyckoff, and son William and wife Wanda Czopek of Wallington, and predeceased by her daughter Kazimiera Ziolo. She is survived by 4 grand and 5 great-grandchildren and one brother Jozef Wojdyla of Passaic. She was predeceased by 4 sisters and 1 brother. Visiting today 4-8 pm, Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service 80 Midland Ave, Wallington. A Funeral Mass will be held 9AM, Sat at Church of The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, 127 Paterson Ave Wallington. Interment will follow at St. Michael’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers family and friends are contributing to the restoration of the Chapel in Sielec – Poland; or a charity of your choosing.
