Carl Lucien Zeppone Jr. also known as “Brother”, “Uncle Brother” or “ZIP” entered into this world like many people did before him to a loving family and home; however he lived and led a life unlike any other that left an undeniable impression to those who were blessed to know him. He was married to the love of his life at age 21 and began a loving family of his own and a career as a security guard at a local hospital. After years of working at the hospital Carl decided to open a rug and floor cleaning business. When he wasn’t working, his time was devoted to his family and his passions. He was an avid participant and spectator of all sports but had a true love for football and baseball. He would spend many years of his life playing and coaching local softball teams as well as fiercely beating up the playing field after a game was lost. Carl was a health fanatic and loved to exercise and wore ridiculously short gym shorts with no shirt to show his body off but to mostly embarrass his family at every opportunity he can. His culinary skills surpassed most and his children and family will remember his infamous linguine and clams sauce, garlic bread and chili. Carl also rode and crashed many motorcycles but was so strong he would walk away unscathed, mostly. His greatest joy in life would always be to help others. His last years were spent dedicated to saving the lives of those battling addiction. He went back to school at the young age of 65 to become a counselor. We will always remember Carl for his big heart and witty sense of humor. Those one liners always dominated any event he attended. When Carl had nothing left to give he gave, when he had nothing to smile about he smiled and when he was knocked down he got back up. To us, he will always be an amazing father, husband, son, brother, uncle, cousin and dear friend. Carl is survived by his loving wife, Deborah Zeppone, his children, Justine A. Zeppone esq. Puzio and husband Adrian Puzio, Chrystal Zeppone Camurovski and husband Peter Camurovski, Brielle Zeppone and Javin Beach. His grandchildren, Chase and Kylie Puzio, Hunter and Peter Camurovski, Jassaya Beach & Ayla Diaz along with his loving mother Connie Zeppone and sisters Mary-Ann Logerfo her children Michael and Michele Logerfo, Jackie and Carrie Logerfo, Gianna Logerfo and sister Cece Galante and many loving nieces and nephew and his best friend and cousin, Arthur Kelly.
