Bruce T. Conrad of Passaic, NJ, died on on Oct 11th, he was 64. Bruce was born in Passaic, NJ on July 25, 1949. Bruce was raised in Garfield and attended Garfield High School, Class of 1967. He was also a member of the Garfield Cadets, as a member of the drum corps. Bruce worked as a truck driver for the Herald Newspaper for over 25 years. He proudly served the US Army in Vietnam, completing two tours as a helicopter gunner. Bruce married Patricia Brown on June 25, 1977 and the family moved to Passaic in 1978. When he was younger, he enjoyed flying planes and maintaining his pilot's license. In more recent years he was an avid reader, enjoyed his cats, but his true passion was his family, especially his three grandchildren. Bruce was a member of the Garfield VFW Post 2867. He is survived by his loving wife Pat, his devoted son Jason and his wife Lauren Conrad and his daughter Cynthia Kenney. His three cherished grandchildren are T.J. and Nicky Conrad and Emily Kenney. Visiting Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM, Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Ave, Wallington, NJ. A service will take place at the funeral home on Monday, 11 AM.
