Bronislaw Pokoj

Bronislaw Pokoj of Elmwood Park, entered eternal life on Monday, October 16th, 2023, he was 85. Bronislaw was born in Golce, Poland on May 20th, 1938. Bronislaw joined the military and fought for his home country of Poland before emigrating to USA. During his professional career, Bronislaw had worked as a painter, at West Virginia Paint and Tank Company, in Clifton, New Jersey. He is survived by his beloved spouse, Zofia; his loving children, Mark and his wife Edyta, Darius and his wife Halina, his cherished grandchildren Darius Jr, Amanda, Zachary, Mia, his siblings Mieczyslaw Pokoj, Krystyna Burdzy, and Kazimiera Moskal. Bronislaw was predeceased by his brother Janusz Pokoj. Visiting 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, on Wednesday, October 18th, 2023 , at Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Ave. Wallington, NJ 07057. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00 am, Thursday, October 19th, 2023, Most Sacred Heart of Jesus 127 Paterson Avenue. Wallington, New Jersey. Bronislaw will be laid to rest 11:30 am on October 19th, 2023, at St. Michael's Cemetery, 120 Saddle River Road.
