John Palach of North Haledon, entered eternal life on June 18th, he was 53. John was born in Zakliczyn, Poland on Jan 30th, 1963 to Julian and Maria (Karecki) Palach. He came to the United States as a young child, living first in Paterson, then moving to North Haledon. John was a talented self-employed general contractor. He loved music, water rafting, fishing, skiing and being outdoors. John was greatly loved and his family recalls that he was one of the ‘kindest and most loving.” His family will miss him terribly. John is survived by his beloved parents Julian and Maria, loving brother Mickey and his wife Margaret; his loving sister Janina “Jeanne” Palach, his cherished nephew Joseph and niece Ashley, to whom he was their “special uncle.” John is also survived by his dear cousins. Visiting today, 2-4 and 7-9 Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Ave, Wallington, NJ. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 10am, Thurs at St. Paul’s Church, 286 Haledon Ave, Prospect Park, NJ.
