Alicja Pietrasiak of Garfield and formerly of Wallington, entered eternal life Thurs, May 19th, she was 74. Alicja was born in Poland, July 5th, 1941, to Antoni and Benedykta Pisarek. She was a home health worker for many years, and enjoyed reading, cooking and gardening. Alicja is survived by her loving daughter Bogumila “Ewa” and husband Stanislaw Roczkowski of Lockport, IL, her beloved grandchildren Christopher and Dorothy, her brother Tadeuz and sister Teresa. She was predeceased by her son Andrzej Pietrasiak in January of this year. Visiting 3-5 pm Sat, Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Ave. Wallington, followed by a private cremation. A funeral Mass will be celebrated in Poland in the near future. Flowers are welcomed.
