Richard Michael  Efchak
Richard Michael Efchak, formerly of Wallington and currently of Riverview, FL, died on June 23rd, 2015, he was 68. Richard was born in Passaic, NJ on September 6th, 1946 to Emil and Anne (Cisar) Efchak. He lived in Wallington until retiring to Riverview, FL seven years ago. Richard was a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, Rutherford NJ campus with a degree in Business Management. Throughout his professional career, he had worked at ADT Security, Swift Baby Food Co, Panasote, Swepco (Personnel Director), an OSHA Trainer for Commerce Bank, and he retired from Meadowlands Security. Richard lived for his wife and children, they were his everything, his best friends. When his children were growing up in Wallington, he enjoyed watching them play sports and then watching them coach teams. After retiring to Florida, Richard found time to volunteer with different organizations. He is survived by his beloved wife Irene (Pietrowitz) Efchak, and his two cherished daughters Amy Efchak of Freehold, NJ and Kelly Efchak of Lake Hopatcong, NJ. He is also survived by his dear sister Barbara Serpentelli. Richard was predeceased by his brother Daniel. Visiting will be held 1-4 pm and 6-9pm, Tuesday, July 7th, 2015 at Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Ave, Wallington, NJ. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 11am, Wednesday, July 8th, 2015 at The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, 127 Paterson Ave, Wallington, NJ 07057. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in Saddle Brook. www.WarnerAndWozniak.com
