Edward Hostak, 90, of Elmwood Park, New Jersey, entered eternal life, with his loving wife and family at his side, on June 3rd, 2013. Edward was born in Passaic, New Jersey on February 26, 1923 to Martin and Eva (Kondyra) Hostak. He proudly served the United States Navy during WWII. After the war he worked for forty-two years at Bendix Aviation Inc, as an Engineer in Teterboro, NJ, retiring in 1988. In addition to his beloved wife Anna (Berlinski) Hostak, he is also survived by his devoted children, daughter Mary Ellen Hostak and husband Robert Proskow; son, Daniel Edward Hostak and wife his wife Ruth; daughter Carol Jarvis; daughter Kathy Joseph and husband Halayudha Joseph; and his son Robert Edward Hostak. Edward is also survived by his two grandsones Jeffrey Hostak and Matthew Hostak. Visiting will take place at Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Ave. Wallington, NJ. A funeral liturgy will be held at the (CHAPEL) of the Cathedral of Saint Michael the Archangel; 415 Lackawanna Ave. Woodland Park, NJ 07424. Interment will follow at St. Michael's Cemetery, South Hackensack, New Jersey.
