Jozef "Joseph" Fabijanczuk of Wallington, died at home, surrounded by his loving family, on Feb. 13th, 2012; he was 75. Jozef was born in Janow Biala Podlaska, Poland, on Jan. 1, 1937, to Jozef and Feliksa (Kowalczuk) Fabijanczuk. He married Zofia Kwasnik on April 22, 1961 in Nowe Wierzchowo, Poland. Jozef and his family came to the United States on Oct. 27, 1966, and lived in Passaic, prior to moving to Wallington in 1972. In addition to being a member and former President of the Polish National Alliance, P.N.A. Local Lodge 2571; he was also the lodge’s 2007 Man of the Year. Jozef is survived by his beloved wife Zofia; his four loving children Christopher and wife Krystyna; Gregory; Bernadette Vega; Irene and husband Tom Wojcik.He is the cherished grandfather of thirteen grandchildren. He is also survived by his dear sister Alina and brother Stanislaw of Poland. He was predeceased by 3 siblings. Mass of Christian Burial, 10 AM Friday, Feb. 17th, at St. Joseph’s Church, 7 Parker St. Passaic, NJ. Interment will follow at St. Michael’s Cemetery, S. Hackensack.
